An Odour Map is an active interest in logging and recording odours and smells that I come by in my day-to-day life. Occasionally there are marks of odours from the past, or where a smell once existed in a time and place.
I’m curious about the frequency and location-specific odours that I smell. There are nearly too many in one day to record, instead I note the smells that stand out or mean something to me.
I hope to create a selection of maps that not only reflect certain ideas, such as typical work days, but maybe maps on other cities, parks or even days spent perfume browsing!
