Ah, perfume. Perfume, perfume, perfume. What is there to say about it really? It’s a liquid, in a bottle, made from natural essential oils, synthetic ingredients and a carrier liquid usually in the form of alcohol… If only it was that simple to define.
I adore perfume. I live with it, breath it and sometimes am rather consumed by it. My first few were sample bottles given to me by my mum’s friend when I was 13 or 14. I wasn’t hooked at first, but over time, I’ve gradually discovered a deeper and deeper interest into an experience that is nothing but fascinating at the very least.
Below are a few thoughts I have on some particular stand out perfumes for me. It is the ultimate personal experience, perfume, and one I like to share.
